Thought I would quick share one of my new favorite pre-workout breakfast ideas with y’all! All you have to do is mix the following ingredients in a blender and you’re set to go!

- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 2 oz rolled oats
- 12 oz coconut milk
- 8-12 frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- Ice (to your liking)
