Smoothies : Breakfast, Fruity, Healthy & Dessert

Hey, pretty girl!

Going to college this fall, the freshman-fifteen MUST BE AVOIDED. Thankfully, there are some easy to make smoothies (with the occasional splurge dessert smoothie) to help you get through the year.

In order to make my smoothies I purchased a personal blender that is perfect for dorm living. Just be sure to follow the instructions on how to not over-work it!
